New Book Available
A lot of folks thought that my
last book, The
Ultimate Guide to Workers Compensation Insurance,
was a really useful resource. But the publisher,
Entrepreneur Press, allowed it to go out of print late last
year. Since then, we've seen used copies being offered
online for several hundred dollars (!)
I hate to undercut those folks, but we've updated
The Ultimate Guide with the latest
information and added some new materials as well, and this
new publication is available as
Workers Compensation Insurance: A Field Guide for Employers
& Others.
The Field Guide will be available soon as a
regular book via Amazon.com, but right now it's available as
an e-book (and for only $10.) It's got all the same
useful information as the earlier edition, but the
state-by-state information has been updated to reflect
changes since the old book was issued, and we've also added
some new material to reflect new developments in the field.
So take a look at the kind words reviewers had for Ultimate
Guide, and then consider getting the updated and expanded
Field Guide.

This interview was conducted earlier in 2007 over the web on

preparing for a workers compensation audit, dealing
with the auditor, common mistakes in workers'
compensation insurance premiums, and other topics of
interest to business owners and managers.
